Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลเรื่องเอกสารส่วนตัวของเจ้านายและครอบครัว
2. ดูแลคอนโดส่วนตัวของเจ้านายและครอบครัว
3. ต่อสัญญาภาษีรถยนต์ /พรบ / ประกัน
4. งานเอกสารต่างๆภายในบริษัท
5. ประสานงาน และติดตามงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ทั้งในและนอกองค์กร
6. ลงตารางนัดหหมายประจำวัน
7. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทำงาน 09.00-18.00 น. (มี OT ให้ นอกเวลางาน)
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานด้านผู้ช่วย 1-2 ปี
- มีความชำนาญ MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, MS Team)
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้ในบางครั้ง
- มีทักษะในการฟัง จับประเด็น มีบุคลิกภาพดี คล่องแคล่ว มีไหวพริบ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ กระตือรือร้น มีจิตบริการสูง
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- ทนแรงกดดันได้ดี
