Job Descriptions
Work responsibility:
1. Responsible for the key work progress arranged by the manager to follow up and coordinate
2. Organize, write various documents and work reports of the manager
3. Organize various conference information
4. Participate in the organization reception work, and the conference work of the comprehensive meeting
5. Coordinate the relationship with various departments, promote the advancement of related work, etc.
6. Responsible for other tasks assigned by the manager temporarily
Qualifications
- Education requires a bachelor's degree or above, with relevant professional backgrounds preferred
- Have good communication and coordination ability
- Master office software, such as word, excel, etc.
- Have good organizational coordination capabilities to arrange work efficiently
- With a certain Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, you can simply communicate English
