Job Descriptions

RESPONSIBILITIES •Configure production data software, including Ignition and other relevant tools, to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility. •Conceptualize, develop, and integrate data collection systems and intuitive visualization dashboards using a combination of PLC, SCADA, Ignition, and other cutting-edge visualization tools. •Leverage your expertise in designing and programming SQL databases to create robust data management solutions tailored to our unique production requirements. •Perform detailed analysis of source data, implementing both batch and real-time data ingestion strategies to ensure accuracy and timeliness. •Conduct thorough data profiling to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and opportunities for operational enhancements, including metrics related to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and preventive maintenance. •Automate the generation of critical production reports, providing management with real-time insights into operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Control, Instrumentation and Automation Engineering or a related field
5+ years of direct experience in web application programming, demonstrating proficiency in languages such as Python, Python, Ajax, and frameworks like CodeIgniter / Laravel, Bootstrap.
Proven track record in business development programs or project management, showcasing your ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.
In-depth knowledge of Business Analysis, Automation processes, and Preventive Maintenance, enabling you to make informed decisions that impact production efficiency.
Flexibility to work in Chonburi or other upcountry locations.
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Passionate about staying abreast of the latest advancements in technology and their potential applications in a production environment.
Proficient in using SAP and MS Office, enhancing your ability to integrate seamlessly into our existing systems.
Capable of working collaboratively in a team or autonomously to deliver results.
Demonstrated aptitude for working with limited direction, exemplified by your skill in effectively planning, prioritizing, and organizing work.
Possessing a high degree of professional discretion and the ability to work independently.
Outstanding management, time-management, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to drive projects to successful completion.
