Job Descriptions

- Provide exceptional post-sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving technical issues. - Conduct on-site visits to diagnose alarm-related problems, analyze root causes, and perform necessary repairs. - Perform on-site installations, calibrations, and adjustments (fixing) for testing equipment. - Respond to customer and distributor inquiries, providing technical support across both domestic and ASEAN/Oceania regions. - Participate in overseas business trips to locations such as New Zealand, Australia, and other parts of Asia. - Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

Thai nationality, Age 25-40 years old
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems or electrical systems is required.
1-3 years of experience as a Service Engineer. Experience with testing machines is a plus.
Valid driving license (for client visits, company car provided)
Fair level of English proficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and distributors.
Willingness to travel to other provinces and internationally as needed.
