Qualifications

Educational and Professional Background Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Work Experience Typically requires a certain number of years of experience in financial accounting, such as 3-5 years or more.
Familiarity with national financial and tax laws and regulations, with a solid foundation in financial theory and practical operation abilities.
Proficient in using various financial software, such as Oracle, and possess strong numerical sensitivity and data analysis skills.
Expertise in fund management and financial analysis. Proficiency in at least one financial management software or ERP system is a significant advantage.
Strong financial analysis and risk identification capabilities, with the ability to propose reasonable solutions for complex business scenarios.
Good communication skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented spirit.
Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to a high-intensity work pace and rapidly changing business environment.
