Job Descriptions
Responsible for collecting, organizing, and entering production data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage production-related documents and records, including production reports, inventory records, and quality control documents.
Assist the Production Supervisor/Warehouse Supervisor with daily production coordination and scheduling tasks.
Track production progress and update production reports and inventory status in a timely manner.
Handle production-related administrative tasks, such as document approval, meeting minutes, and report writing.
Assist with inventory counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
Coordinate with production workshops, warehouses, and procurement departments to ensure timely supply of production materials.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Chinese and Burmese
- College degree or above
- 1 year of relevant work experience, with a background in manufacturing preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with ERP systems will be a plus.
- Familiarity with production processes and material management.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
