ออกแบบและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตตัวอย่างเฟอร์นิเจอร์ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
ดูแลและจัดการทีมงานในแผนกให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของตัวอย่างก่อนส่งให้ลูกค้า
ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้งานเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
ปริญญาตรีสาขาออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์, สถาปัตยกรรม, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านเฟอร์นิเจอร์หรือการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
มีทักษะการจัดการทีมงานและแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และเข้าใจเทรนด์การออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์
สามารถใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบ เช่น AutoCAD, SketchUp, หรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
