Job Descriptions
Job Description:
1. Coordination with Headquarters (China):
- Receive and learn new knowledge and solutions from the headquarters.
- Prepare documentation and user manuals to train the Thai team.
- Act as a liaison to collect feedback and issues from the Thai team and forward them to the headquarters.
- Follow up on progress and update the Thai team with information from the headquarters.
2. Testing and Solution Development:
- Test and evaluate new solutions provided by the headquarters.
- Provide suggestions for improving solution efficiency.
3. Meetings and Reporting:
- Participate in meetings with the headquarters and the local team.
- Prepare reports in Chinese to update the headquarters.
4.On-Site Surveys and Customer Visits:
- Conduct site visits with the sales and technical teams to observe and
resolve customer issues.
- Observe real-case usage and feedback to headquarter
5. Internal Team Coordination:
- Support the technical team with documentation and coordination tasks.
This position is ideal for individuals skilled in cross-border coordination and
eager to learn new solutions to support the Thai team effectively!
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation and reports.
- Capability to learn and understand technical solutions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
