Job Descriptions
•To lead supplier activities such as supplier audit, site assessment both planned and unplanned, supplier development improvement activities of both capability and capacity and ensure implementation to meet company requirements. •To lead the supplier activities to deliver the best quality components at required time. •To lead and report supplier quality performance for domestic and overseas suppliers including scorecard. •To lead supplier for new product launch and other project to meet both timing and quality including verify and approve supplier APQP, OTS, Acceptance criteria and PPAP documentation. •Monitor and communicate the quality problem of purchased part to internal team and/or supplier. •To close supervise the cross functional team on the technical and supplier process knowledge. •To investigate quality problem in production concerning purchased part. •To monitor supplier processes using Process Documentation such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan etc. •To participate in developing Quality related documentation, systems, or training. •To coordinate process capability studies internally and to coordinate this activity with the suppliers. •To coordinate customer, internal, and supplier corrective and preventive actions. •Report health, safety, and environment accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area. •Maintain the 5S, housekeeping. •Complies and support with company, IATF 16949, ISO14001 and CSR requirements. •Complies with applicable SHE legal and other requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supplier quality engineer, supplier development or related field.
  3. Good command of English.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Detail oriented, work individual and flexible.
  6. Background in automotive industry is a must.
