Job Descriptions
𝟏. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬 ⦁ Research new suppliers ⦁ Negotiate prices and sales terms ⦁ Evaluate the quality of new suppliers ⦁ Utilize negotiation power ⦁ Control purchasing costs appropriately 𝟐. 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 ⦁ Coordinate with requesting departments ⦁ Control and verify purchasing documents ⦁ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers ⦁ Draft contracts or agreements with suppliers 𝟑. 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ⦁ Plan product deliveries ⦁ Control and monitor product deliveries ⦁ Coordinate with relevant departments for receiving and inspecting products 𝟒. 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ⦁ Evaluate and visit suppliers ⦁ Coordinate with relevant departments to develop supplier capabilities 𝟓. 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ⦁ Monitor probationary evaluations ⦁ Assist new employees with work conditions and environment ⦁ Create learning materials and training content for employees ⦁ Conduct initial exit interviews and check employee assets ⦁ Summarize monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and performance reports ⦁ Prepare and participate in annual and other activities with government and private sectors ⦁ Support and prepare safety and environmental activities ⦁ Plan and supervise internships ⦁ Communicate and coordinate with various departments within the organization ⦁ Participate in training and quality system activities, and report performance, issues, and efficiency to General manager
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management in the food manufacturing industry.
  3. Experience in negotiating prices and sales terms.
  4. Experience in evaluating and developing suppliers.
  5. Strong negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to control costs effectively.
  7. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  8. Attention to detail in verifying documents.
  9. Strong planning and time management skills.
  10. Ability to evaluate and visit suppliers.
  11. Ability to build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  12. Age not over 45 years.
  13. Ability to drive a car.
  14. Willingness to travel to different provinces to inspect suppliers.
  15. In-depth knowledge and understanding of procurement processes.
  16. Ability to design procurement systems that meet the needs of production, sales, and related departments.
  17. Proficiency in English communication.
  18. Proficiency in Chinese communication is a plus.
