Project Engineering Supervisor /Assistant manager

Job Descriptions
Responsibility
1. New engineering project management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and meet business needs.Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
2. Conducting to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing and Coordinate cross-functional teams in company group (engineers, designers, etc.) and other stakeholders..
3. Oversee the overall engineering project from start to finish and manage budgets and cost estimates.
4. Regularly update project status and providing meeting minutes to all relevant functions
5. Track the status and progress of the project, propose solutions to the executives, receive policies from the executives, and adjust the operation strategy for the project department.
6. Provide technical knowledge/recommendation to improve/deliver project
7. Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with dangerous chemicals
8. Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
9. Designing and planning equipment layout and procedures used manufacturing facilities.
10. Updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments.
11. Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
12. Perform process simulation together with Technical team for NPD or else to make sure smooth transition to Production.
13. Provides technical support and training for affected personnel.
14. Ensures that all existing equipment and processes areas are fully documented via SOP.
15. Writes standard work and / or SOP's for new processes.
16. Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
17. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
18. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
19. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Preferred a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineer (Electrical or Machinery Engineer)
- Experience in chemical manufacturing and processing technology is required.
- At least 3 years’ experience Supervise level up
- At least 10 years working experience in Chemical manufacturing is required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in staff management and development is required.
- At least 5 years supervisory experience in a process chemical manufacturing environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills rather than “specific apps related to the Role” : including Microsoft Outlook,Excel, Word, Power point etc.
- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri) Working 2 Saturdays/month (Working on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays)
