Job Descriptions
1. Support the Key Account Managers for selected projects / tasks as appointed by the GKAM, such as
- Support biddings to win new customers
- Prepare key meetings like Business review meetings, Business Planning meetings,
- Prepare service level scorecards
- Analyze KPIs as Revenue, Volume, Profit, DME, AR, Service Level
- Contribute to implementation of marketing and sales activity programs in partnership with Cust Mktg team
2. The Key Account Support Manager will operate behind the scene (not customer facing) and with TNTL internal supporting functions. This role aims to develop the next generation of KAM
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing (other fields will be considered if experience is strong)
- 2 Years minimum experience in key account or closely associated FMCG role that encompasses similar analytical principles of key account management
- Experience & knowledge of respectively Eat & Drink or Travel & Leisure channels would be appreciated.
- Able to gather data from multiple sources and combine into one report with accuracy
- Capable in speaking, reading, understanding and writing both Thai and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
