Job Descriptions
1.Customer Support: -Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms. -Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. 2. Order Management: -Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. -Track and manage after-sales orders, including cancellations and returns. Maintain and update the monthly after-sales order management spreadsheet. And handle cases of lost packages or other issues by liaising with platforms to request compensation for losses. 3. Problem Resolution: -Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team. -Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and provide feedback for process improvements. 4. Product Knowledge: -Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and promotions. -Offer recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences. 5. Customer Satisfaction: -Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure a positive shopping experience. -Collaborate with other teams to improve overall service delivery and address common concerns. 6. Administrative Tasks: - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Generate regular reports on customer inquiries and resolutions to help improve services.
Qualifications
  1. Required language (s): Thai. Excellent English fluency is an added advantage.
  2. At least 0-1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, however fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply too.
  3. Excellent Communication skills – must be able to clearly describe plans and strategic vision to the marketing and management.
  4. Highly organize and an excellent attention to details .
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft office software.
  6. Preferable can start work immediately.
