Job Descriptions
Responsibility
1. Ensure products are safe and high-quality and have no defects.
2. Hiring and training quality control staff
3. Supervising and guiding technicians, quality control inspectors and other employees
4. Understanding product standards and specifications and communicating them to production teams
5. Creating quality control policies and procedures
6. Monitoring all product development procedures to make sure they follow quality standards
7. Setting and monitoring quality standards for supplies and materials
8. Ensuring production lines are efficient
9. Inspecting, accepting or rejecting final products
10. Ensuring production processes follow legal and environmental regulations
11. Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology and skills
12. Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to client
13. Finding ways to improve the manufacturing process so the company can maximize resources and produce better products
14. Documenting their findings and workflow changes and submitting reports
15. Meeting with other department managers, inspectors, auditors, clients and stakeholders
16. Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master degree of Science ( Chemistry ) or a relate field.
- Experience 5 - 10 years in the chemical industry
- Experience in chemical Industry would be special considered.
- Have a knowledge of system in quality control & assurance skill and Managerial Skill is a must.
- Have a knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001
- Good communication skills & able to work under high pressure
- Good command in English
- High responsibility and willing to work hard
- Knowledge People management
- Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of QMR
- Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri)Working 2 Saturdays/month (Working on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays)
