Job Summary: The Head Chef at Earth House will be the creative and operational leader of our kitchen team, responsible for curating and delivering an exceptional Mediterranean-inspired plant-based menu. This role combines culinary creativity with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently, meets high-quality standards, and aligns with our commitment to sustainability and farm-to-table dining. The Head Chef will oversee menu development, team management, inventory control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. They will play a key role in shaping the dining experience, inspiring the kitchen team, and driving innovation in plant-based cuisine.
