Job Summary The Senior Content Creator will lead the development and execution of creative content strategies to grow the brand's online presence, engage audiences, and drive conversions. This role involves crafting compelling, on-brand content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy and Planning * Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the brand's goals, audience, and trends. * Create a content calendar with a focus on innovative formats (Reels, Stories, etc.) and consistent posting schedules. * Plan quarterly campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 2. Content Creation * Conceptualize and produce high-quality content, including text, images, and video, for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). * Collaborate with graphic designers, video editor and photographers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content. * Create content that interacts with audience. 3. Team Collaboration and Leadership * Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and align content with brand messaging. 4. Content Performance and Optimization * Monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and ROI. * Conduct regular competitor and trend analysis to keep content fresh and innovative. 5. Ad Hoc Responsibilities * Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, aesthetics, and overall vision.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Traits
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in content creation or a related field, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Creativity: Strong storytelling and visual communication skills with an eye for aesthetics.
Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve.
Knowledge: Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
Energetic and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability.
Passionate about creative storytelling and brand building.
Technical Skills: Proficient in content editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and social media management tools.
Adaptable to feedback and open to continuous learning.
