Job Descriptions
1.Oversees the monthly and annual financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and verifying the integrity of all accounting data. 2.Supports the annual budgeting process and monitors expenditures to ensure adherence to the approved budget. 3.Establishes and enforces internal control systems to prevent fraud and accounting errors. 4.Coordinates with external auditors for annual audits and cooperates in resolving identified issues. 5.Analyzes financial data to evaluate the organization's performance and presents findings to management. 6.Manages and develops the accounting team to maximize efficiency. 7.Ensures that all accounting operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations. 8.Maintains financial security by implementing robust internal control systems. 9.Provides guidance to other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policies, applying findings to operational issues.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree at least in Accounting or any related field.
  2. At least 8 years of work experience in finance and accounting
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance, and management.
  4. Ability to handle diverse tasks independently and proactively.
  5. Resourceful in addressing financial challenges.
  6. Effective and clear communication skills.
