Job Descriptions

Responsibility - Coordinate and handling all incoming/routine inquiries from customers. - Review pending orders and specific customers’requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience - Providing administrative assistance to manager, including data entry, document preparation, complaint document and report generation (daily/weekly/monthly). - Participate in co-visits to customers with the sales team to understand more in customer behavior and need. - Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. - Assessing customer needs and preferences. - Creating sales quotes, proposals, and presentations. - Assessing customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications

Female / Male: 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree Faculty of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineer or related field
Have experience in sales at least for 2 years
Good command in English, written and spoken skills
Have a car and have a driver's license
