Job Descriptions

●Provide legal advice on foreign direct investment and corporate ●Investigate details of BOI policies and Thai Foreign Business Legislation ●Conduct legal research ●Review clients’ information and documents required for licenses applications ●Prepare applications forms to be submitted to government agencies for licenses applications (FBL, BOI, etc…) and general corporate registration ●Draft or review/revise business agreements and other legal documents. ●Coordinate with relevant government agencies in order to ensure the timely completion of applications ●Other legal tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
Holding Thai Lawyer License is a plus
At least 2-3 years' relevant experience within a law firm or as legal counsel
Legal consultation skill, Project management and coordination skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in THAI and ENGLISH
Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings with other team members;
Ability to communicate legal issues clearly and effectively to clients at a senior level
Must be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
