Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities: •Implement company’s strategy for specialty lubricant business. •Identify related new prospects and approach with effective marketing strategy. •Develop new accounts to increase market share. •Manage and maintain existing accounts and optimize supplies to these accounts. •Understand basic technical aspects of products so as to support customer’s product related application issues. •Evaluate competitor’s market position and regularly feedback to management for tactical evaluation and adjustments. •Provide technical product training to customers. •Take part in branding and marketing events such as road show and trade shows. •Accomplish other necessary works as assigned by the company. Expected Routine Duties: •Routine communication with local management and regional Head in Singapore. •Regular submission of weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and development summary. •Regular customer visits/ relationship management. •Meeting sales revenue targets and adopt mitigation actions for the shortfall. •Timely response to customers’ requirements in product supply and technical issues. •Forecast sales demand for internal product replenishment purpose.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degrees or equivalent from Science or Engineering.
  2. Thai national with good communication skills in English.
  3. Experience in managing sales activities in industrial products or equipment (knowledge of refrigeration systems and industrial compressors will be given preferred consideration).
  4. Good communication and people skills, team player and able to work under pressure.
  5. A quick learner, willing to work hard and progress under guidance.
