Job DescriptionsJob Responsibilities:
• Coordination between Teams: Coordinate between the technical team, customer service team, and other departments to ensure the project runs smoothly and any issues are resolved promptly.
• Project Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of projects and report to management, including preparing status reports for the team.
• On-site Issue Management: If problems or cases arise that need to be addressed on-site, such as issues with the smart trolley, coordinate with the team to resolve them quickly.
