Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for administrative and HR-related tasks at the Thailand branch, including but not limited to: following up on office renovations, office management, recruitment, and other duties. 2. Responsible for the actual project operations, including but not limited to: communicating with customers about orders, coordinating vehicle arrangements, front-end pickup, mid-route transportation, customs clearance, and back-end delivery, etc., ensuring full-chain tracking. 3. Assist the company’s leaders in business coordination and communication with local customers and agents in Thailand. 4. Coordinate with the headquarters staff, timely address business needs and work requirements, and provide feedback on related tasks through WeChat, email, etc. 5. Assist in coordinating with translators and other tasks assigned by the company. Work Location: Charn Issara Tower 2, Bangkok, Thailand Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Weekends off Salary and Benefits: Negotiable •Social insurance contributions upon employment, year-end bonus, paid annual leave, holiday benefits, statutory holidays, annual salary adjustments, health check-ups, activity funding, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to local Thai candidates.
Proficiency in both Chinese and Thai, capable of using both languages for work, and open to fresh graduates.
Clear communication and expression skills, with a certain degree of coordination and adaptability.
Quick thinker, flexible, polite, and sociable.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain stability.
