1. Develop Marketing Strategies: ㆍDevelop marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales. ㆍUse market research data to identify trends and customer needs. ㆍ Create marketing plans that align with the overall goals of the company. 2. Campaign Management: * Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). ㆍMonitor campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. ㆍEvaluate Return on Investment (ROI) and analyze campaign outcomes. 3. Brand Management: ㆍOversee and maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels. ㆍBuild and manage the company's brand image to increase trust and customer loyalty. ㆍ Coordinate with other teams to promote and build the brand. 4. Customer Engagement: ㆍDevelop strategies to attract and retain customers through various marketing activities. ㆍ Use customer data to adjust marketing strategies to meet customer needs and behaviors. ㆍ Enhance communication with customers to increase engagement and loyalty. 5. Marketing Budget Management: ㆍ Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources. ㆍ Track and control marketing spending to ensure it stays within the allocated budget. ㆍ Assess the ROI and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of each campaign. 6. Market Research and Analysis: ㆍConduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. ㆍCreate and report marketing performance data to provide insights for future strategies. ㆍ Use data to continuously improve marketing approaches and results. 7. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing (for the Manager position) or 8-10 years (for the Director position).
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and brand development.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Creative thinking and strategic vision in marketing strategy development.
Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Expertise in digital marketing channels and online media.
Experience in market analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently. Leadership skills and the ability to create a collaborative and innovative work environment.
