Job Descriptions
-Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on medical equipment.
-Install, Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair medical equipment.
-Train customers on how to use machines and coordinate with overseas technicians and ensure smooth service visits.
-Prepare detailed daily/weekly service reports for clients
-Maintain spare parts inventory records and inform necessary replacements.
-Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product performance.
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance.
Qualifications
- Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in electronics ,Electrical or related field
- 1 - 3 years’ experience as a service engineer.
- Have experience in Medical field will be advantage.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Ability to prepare detailed service reports and documentation.
- Willing to travel extensively within Thailand.
