Job Descriptions
  • Maintaining computer networks, including switches, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
  • Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.
  • Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems.
  • Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to align with company guidelines or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
  • Installing, configuring, and testing operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking.
  • Ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
  • Knowledge, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Antivirus Server, and Database Server.
  • Providing user support and handling helpdesk operations.

    • Qualifications
    1. Bachelor 's degree in Engineering / Information Technology
    2. 1-2 years of experience in hardware and network maintenance roles (Fresh graduates may be considered).
    3. Strong understanding of network and system infrastructure is required.
    4. Knowledge, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Antivirus Server, and Database Server.
    5. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
    6. Basic communication in English
