Job Descriptions

1. To provide service at customer site for new product implementation and technical issue of current structure, the results in higher rate for the first time-right 2. Diagnosing Errors and Technical Problems: - Troubleshoot issues. - Determine proper solutions. 3. Coordinate to Operating Packaging with production : - Brainstorm with production team - Finding action to solving issue - Trial parameter to testing at customer’s machines 4. Documentation and Reporting: - Summary service reports. - Present to customer and internal management team.

Qualifications

BS in polymer materials, packaging development, engineering related fields or equivalent.
Trade background in electro / mechanical operations and maintenance, particularly with plastics processing equipment or equipment used to process, form, fill and seal flexible packaging is desirable.
Industry knowledge and training of polymer resins, films, coatings, adhesives and inks also desirable.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the packaging industry.
Solid understanding of flexible packaging converting processes (printing, laminating, film extrusion, forming and filling).
Strong mechanical and electrical / electronic aptitudes.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service or other related customer-focused activities, such as finished product. quality testing, quality complaints, new product development etc
Strong people skills with proven ability to develop teamwork and achieve results.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of packaging validation procedures.
