Job Descriptions
Production Control Job 1. Production control & schedule by TALON program. 2. Monitor and Control plant productivity according to the production plan. 3. Identify and Record problems relating to manufacturing process. 4. Identify and segregate nonconforming product. 5. Initiate actions to prevent the re-occurrence of nonconformance. 6. Issuing and Review the Monthly Report in Manager meeting once a month. 7. Develop working standard and perform productivity increase system and lost reduction such as TPS, CCCF, QCC,Kaizen , 5 S etc. 8. Performance report and follow up the QMS in Management Review once a month. 9. Coordinate with Purchasing to control raw material and external work. 10. Control Inventory turn over. 11. Make up Work Instruction and implementation . 12. Capacity analysis. Production Job 1. Production control & schedule. 2. Monitor and Control plant productivity according to the production plan. 3. Identify and Record problems relating to manufacturing process. 4. Identify and segregate nonconforming product. 5. Initiate actions to prevent the re-occurrence of nonconformance. 6. Part of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and QOS team. 7. Tooling and spare parts control. 8. Preventive Maintenance and scheduling. 9. Machine list and Historical Record. 10. Make up Work Instruction and implementation . 11. Issuing and Review the Monthly Report in Manager meeting once a month 12. Performance report and follow up the QOS in Management Review once a month. 13. Material Handling and storage.
Qualifications
  1. Male / age not over 45 years
  2. Have Experience in management and control of Automotive Production Line for at late 5-7 years or more.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Related Fields.
  4. Good command in spoken and written English
  5. Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  6. Good knowledge of automotive industrial standard and environmental standard.
  7. Familiarity with various manufacturing technologies.
  8. Strong leadership and team management skills Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
