Job Descriptions
1.Develops KOL plan and brief and be able to match with brand objectives, budget, and KPI. 2.Responsible for growing the social/KOL capabilities for the brand. 3.Source and review for the right presenter/KOL to match for each campaign. 4.Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with KOL. 5.Reach out, manage, and negotiate with KOLs, Celebrities, Press, and agencies. 6.Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met. 7.Efficiently plan and track budget spending according to the plan and be prompted to adjust in any situations.  8.Develop content planning and review creative content related to KOL. 9.Ensure optimal communication within the teams at all stages of the campaign. 10.Build long term relationships with valuable KOLs, Media, Press, Celebrities, Agencies. 11.Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on-set productions related to KOLs, PR, Celebrities. 12.Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance. 13.Keep abreast of emerging trends and KOLs.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing/Advertising/PR/Communication or related field 
  2. At least 1-3 years experience in KOL or PR management .
  3. Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketing
  4. Advance Presentation Skill 
  5. Judgement skill, Analysis and comprehension skill, General Knowledge and basic to fair knowledge in beauty, personal care and FMCG industry 
  6. Personal care & Beauty enthusiast 
  7. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills 
  8. Love to discuss and share new ideas with teammate 
  9. Fluent in communication skills (both written and spoken Thai & English) Chinese speaking will be a plus but not mandatory.
  10. Creative, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, and good interpersonal skill 
  11. Strong network with KOLs with good account management skills
  12. Hard Skill: Project management , Negotiation , Writing, Budgeting
  13. Soft Skills: Adaptability , Relationship management & Communication, analysis and common sense, Art Aesthetic  Work Location: HQ at P23 building, Soi Sukhumvit 23
  14. Working Hour: Monday to Friday at 9:30 -18:30
