Job Descriptions

Lead Generation - Research and identify potential clients and partners in the EV charging and fleet management sectors. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective business leads through networking, outreach, and market analysis. Site Identification and Assessment - Scout and evaluate potential sites for EV charging stations, considering technical, geographical, and commercial factors. - Conduct feasibility studies, including analysis of traffic patterns, energy accessibility, and ROI potential. Partner Relationship Management - Build and nurture strong relationships with site owners, real estate partners, logistics clients and local authorities. - Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term collaboration. Documentation and Compliance - Review and manage documentation for site approvals, contracts, and agreements. - Ensure all proposals and contracts align with company policies and regulatory requirements. Analysis and Management of Site Performance - Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational sites, including utilization rates and revenue metrics. - Identify opportunities for optimization and ensure sites meet business and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, site acquisition, or a similar role (experience in EV or renewable energy sectors is a plus).
Technical and Analytical Skills - Strong ability to analyze data related to site performance, market opportunities, and feasibility studies.
Technical and Analytical Skills - Proficiency in MS Excel or other site analysis software.
Communication and Relationship Management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Communication and Relationship Management - Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Communication and Relationship Management - Communication-level English is a must.
Project Management - Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Project Management - Attention to detail for document management and contract reviews.
Industry Knowledge - Familiarity with EV charging solutions, fleet operations, and energy infrastructure is highly desirable.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
