Job Descriptions
1.กำหนดนโยบายและวางแผนงานด้านบัญชีและการเงิน รวมทั้งกำหนดระบบบัญชีและการเงิน ให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานของบริษัท 2.ควบคุมการจัดทำรายงานภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำส่งหน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3.ควบคุมการตรวจสอบการจัดทำงบการเงิน งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุนและรายงานทางบัญชีต่างๆ 4.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการรับ-จ่ายเงินของบริษัท โดยตรวจสอบการออกใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับ การบันทึกบัญชี เอกสารการขอเบิกจ่าย และรายงานทางการเงินให้ถูกต้อง ตรงกัน 5.ดูแลงานบัญชีทั้งระบบ(ยื่นภงด1,3,53,ประกันสังคม,ทำจ่ายเงินเดือน,ทำรายจ่ายประจำเดือน,ทำบัญชีทรัพย์สิน) ดูแลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้าน BOI ทั้งหมด 6.ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องและหน่วยงานต่างๆ และแผนกบัญชีที่บริษัทแม่(ประเทศจีน) 7.สามารถปิดงบการเงินได้
Qualifications
  1. เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไปหรือปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชีและการเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ผ่านงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
  4. สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการในประเทศไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี เช่น กรมสรรพากร, BOI, ประกันสังคม, ธนาคาร
  5. สามารถจัดการบัญชีและภาษีได้อย่างครบถ้วนด้วยตนเอง
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปได้ เช่น ERP
  7. มีใบรับรองผู้จัดทำบัญชี
  8. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีน(พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) หรืออังกฤษ ได้
