Job Descriptions
1. Taking care of maintenance process of machines and facilities, utilities in all factory of group company
2. Designing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime for improve the performance of machinery
3. Oversee routine maintenance tasks and carry out quality inspections on maintenance work and oversee outsourced maintenance team and ensure quality of work in line with company standards
4. Overseeing and managing CAPEX projects related to the maintenance and improvement of facilities, machinery, and utilities.
5. Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs
6. Ensuring all maintenance operations comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
- 4-7 years of experience working in engineering
- Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products
- Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
- Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
