Job Descriptions

• Deliver sales & profit budget (monthly basis) • Expand Sales Channels: Develop and grow accounts in retail, wholesale, modern trade, and distribution channels for fresh fruits, dried snacks, and frozen sweet potatoes. • Identify New Opportunities: Explore market trends and consumer needs to identify new business possibilities in fresh and dried food categories. • Promote Key Products: Focus on driving sales for products such as fresh fruits, dried snacks, fresh sweet potatoes, and frozen baked sweet potatoes. • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships. • Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the team to brainstorm innovative sales strategies and explore product ideas. • Prepare Proposals & Negotiate: Draft and present competitive proposals, negotiate agreements, and ensure profitability through accurate margin calculations. • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Track orders, follow up on backorders, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations. • Track Performance: Provide accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales targets, and identify areas for improvement. • Contribute to Innovation: Share ideas on marketing campaigns, new product launches, and customer engagement to drive overall success. • Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, seasonal demand for fresh produce, and new opportunities for dried and frozen food products.

Qualifications

Work 5 days a week, Saturday - Sunday off.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG, fresh produce, dried snacks, or frozen food sectors.
A creative and driven individual who excels at building relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
Ability to collaborate and contribute innovative ideas in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
Experience working with major accounts like 7-Eleven, supermarkets, or distributors is a strong advantage.
