Job Descriptions
1.Recruitment process
2.Summary and report of HR records such as Time attendance, Leave, OT and other.
3.Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and executed in the organization.
4.handle of work permit and visa for expat.
5.Support all General Affair job functional and basic personnel job.
6.Producing documents, briefing papers, reports related to HR Affairs.
7.Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administrative or other related field.
- Can speak Chinese
- Full spectrum of HR main function: Recruitment, Payroll, Staff activity, Training and others.
- Good relationship with positive thinking, Initiative and logical mind.
- Knowledge of labor law and well-versed in HR work.
- Leadership and good interpersonal skills have commitment
- At least 2 year in the HR function
