Job Descriptions
- developing detailed plans for new designs and products.
- making determinations for equipment, staffs and needs.
- proposing project and program budgets
- leading research and development projects that produce new designs, products and processess.
- designing engineering experiments.
- checking team's work for technical accuracy.
- ensuring the validity of methods used by staff.
- coordinating work with other managers and staffs.
Qualifications
- Male, experienced in engineer or technical.
- English at intermediate level or above.
- having communication skills and working with other management personnel also effectively communicate instructions while leading the team to meet their goals.
- possess advanced skills using computer programs, Autocad, PLC, electrical, etc.
- possess high leadership and principled thinking.
