Job Descriptions
Location: Sukhumvit 6 (BTS Nana) Work hours: Mon-Fri (Flexible Hour) • Manage monthly billing & payment to domestics suppliers with key in SAP system/Month ended closing reconcile BS • Key in payment to local vendor/staffs claims/check and post PO invoice from domestic vendor/Expat Apartment/Petty Cash (BKK/CHN/Driver)/Pay cheque • Filling input tax invoice/check GL with original tax invoice/reconcile undue input vat/closed out put vat and input vat with submit PP.30 to the Revenue Department • Fix Assets Controller/Registration new fix assets/transfer/disposal in SAP/Print label of fix asset
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality, Age 30-40 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting major
  3. Experience 5-10 years in accounting field such as AP/AR/GL/Reconcile
  4. Proficient in SAP Hana would be preferable
  5. Able to communicate in English ( If Toeic score over 500+ will have language allowance)
  6. Able to use MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
