2. Manage and review quality system documents, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
3. Analyze and resolve product quality issues, including implementing process improvements.
4. Oversee and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and complaint reduction.
5. Coordinate with various departments, such as production, engineering, and customers, to address quality issues.
6. Handle customer complaints and develop plans for future problem prevention.
7. Monitor and report quality performance, preparing summary reports for management.
8. Lead the QA team in inspections during initial, in-process, and final stages of production.
9. Support internal audits and external assessments from third-party agencies.
