Job Descriptions

•Procure and source construction materials and products as required for each construction project plan. •Source construction contractors to consider and select suitable contractors. •Prepare and manage procurement documentation across the entire system. •Report on procurement performance for construction materials and cost reduction in construction work. •Evaluate the prices of materials to be purchased and establish comparative benchmark prices for construction materials. •Negotiate prices and make comparisons to achieve suitable price and quality. •Coordinate on-site, inspect the work site to identify any issues during execution. •Develop a procurement plan for the project according to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure efficient, accurate, and effective operations. •Summarize and propose necessary materials/equipment for each project (both listed in the BOQ and outside the BOQ). •Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well with others; considerate towards others.
Committed, dedicated, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about work; able to respond quickly during working hours and provide prompt feedback.
Experience with Mango software will be considered a plus.
Available to start immediately; urgent consideration will be given.
