Job Descriptions
1. Ensuring that the Production is cost effective by every means possible. 2. Making sure that products are produced on time and good quality. 3. Production planning sequence of assembly, Installation and other production operation for guidance of production operators. 4. Working out the human and monitoring report. 5. Overseeing stock control and monitoring report. 6. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules w/PC as needed. 7. Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. 8. Monitoring product standards and cooperate quality-control program. 9. Liaising among different department, e.g. suppliers, outsource. 10. Working with managers to implements the company's policies and goals. 11. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. 12. Supervising, leading and motivating a term of operator. 13. Reviewing the performance of subordinates and staff 14. Identifying training needs. 15. Taking part in ISO and internal audit program. 16. Analyzes requests for maintenance / repair services and determines the validity, content and scope of requested work. 17. To support Production Manager to make company goal achievement.
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female
  2. 30-35 Year Old
  3. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or Production Engineering
  4. Understand well PLC, New Project, Drawing, Autocad
  5. Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and 5S
  6. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
