Job Descriptions

Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders.

Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for the production to be flowing smoothly as plan.

Manage and control freight forwarders or logistics providers to respect to cost agreement.

Coordinate with other departments regarding to production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.

Manage and facilitate inventory issues, discrepancy, cycles count, annual inventory, schedule changes, and cancellations.

Ensure on time delivery of materials to the production areas.

Investigate and find root cause to define corrective action for shortage issues.

Minimize obsolete & slow movement stock and ensure business is being with minimum liability.

Manage to implement correctly engineering change in terms of inventory.

Charge back unnecessary expenses to responsible suppliers.

Manage MRP weekly analysis (Stock monitor) to facilitate a whole team to use it properly.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related industrial field.
Experience in material planning for the automotive industry or a similar level of complexity.
Experience working with international suppliers.
Proficiency in the SAP system.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, supervise others, and delegate tasks effectively.
