1. Administrative Function
- Oversee administrative tasks, including managing office equipment, supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Handle rental and leasing agreements for items such as cars, drivers, mobile devices, computers, and accessories. Manage shared car reservations.
- Coordinate renewal of risk and accidental damage insurance policies.
- Arrange business travel logistics, including booking air tickets, hotel accommodations, travel insurance, and mobile roaming services.
- Monitor and manage drivers’ and housekeepers’ performance and relevant documentation.
- Process staff claims, payment requests, and workflow system updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Human Resources Function
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Administer employee benefits, including group insurance, annual health check-ups, and welfare as per company regulations.
- Plan and organize company events such as annual trips, New Year parties, monthly gatherings, and holiday-themed activities.
- Maintain and prepare monthly reports, including attendance records, overtime hours, and leave summaries.
- Update and announce the organization chart and company newsletters.
