Job Descriptions
Control and maintain project files
- Receive and register all technical documentation issued to the site office and distribute internally in accordance with project instructions
- Receive and register all vendor/contractor technical documentation issued to the site and distribute internally in accordance with project instructions.
- Perform printing, copying, distribution and filing duties as required
- Transmit documents internally and externally in accordance with project requirements.
- Maintain technical document files including specifications and drawings in electronic and/or hard copy From for access by site personnel
- Prepare and compile project job books including quality documentation, MDR’s, operating and Maintenance instructions.
- Coordinate with sub-contractor for received FIN before issue to OWNER
- Prepare issue FIN to OWNER for request inspection on site & shop.
- Monitor and control records status package and punch list records as per requirement of project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Female or male
- Full-time
- Can speak English is better
- Can start to work within 20days
- 2-3 years of work experience
