Job Descriptions
- คีย์เอกสารใช้จ่าย
- ออกหนังสือรับรองการหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ , ใบวางบิล , ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- ตัดรับชำระหนี้ในระบบ
- ทำใบสำคัญจ่าย , ใบสำคัญรับ
- รับวางบิล , ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของเอกสารที่นำมาวางบิล
- กระทบยอด Statement
- โทรประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เรื่องการวางบิล หรือ รับเช็ค เพื่อให้ตรงตามกำหนด
- รายงานลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ
- รายงานเจ้าหนี้ค้างจ่าย
- รายงานยอดขายประจำเดือน
- ยื่นภาษี กับกรมสรรพากร
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ และ อายุ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา การบัญชี หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Express ได้
