Job Descriptions
- Monitor stock levels.
- Identify purchasing needs.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Research and evaluate potential vendors.
- Negotiate prices, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Update internal databases with order details. including dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts.
- Control and prepare cost analyses and maintain records of invoices and contracts.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel program.
