Job Descriptions

1. Manages project from start (final drawings interior, exterior, M&E) to finish (opening) 2. Participate in meetings re: information, specifications and other details relating to projects 3. Conduct site inspection with designer/ construction team 4. Create master project timeline and manages target dates/ timeline 4. Serves as the main liaison for all vendors and suppliers 5. Source contractor / suppliers to participate in bidding process 6. Provides direction and specifications to vendors and set deadlines 7. Collect and present BOQ comparisons, make recommendations 8. Coordinates project task lists to all involved departments of Wine connection 9. Logistics: oversees delivery, quality/ quantity control, storage space, and delivery to outlet 10. Creates and manages opening punch list 11. Follow up on mission and defective items 12. Maintain “lesson learned’ log 13. Summary of project 14. Summary of budget 15. Manage maintenance for Bangkok an up country outlets 16. Set and implement proactive schedule 17. Handle handy man schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, electrical engineer, civil engineer
Ability to work independently and managing multiple assignments at a time
Capability of planning, organizing and prioritizing workload
Able to speak, read and write in English
Handle and process confidential records, files, information and phone messages
Can systematically manage the project from start to finish
Other duties as assigned by F&B management
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, internet and e-mail applications
Can operate Autocad
3 years of experience in Retail or F&B Business
