Job Descriptions
•Support the supervisor in developing and executing data-driven B2B marketing and sales strategies. •Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth. •Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales presentations, brochures, and email campaigns. •Manage and maintain marketing databases. •Plan and control the marketing budget to maximize efficiency •Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows and product launches. •Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that they have the marketing materials and support they need to be successful. •Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed. •Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine and enhance marketing strategies. •Identify and develop creative marketing initiatives to promote Dermalogica products. •Track inventory levels and develop trade marketing and cost discount strategies for aging products. •Coordinate with various departments within the company to create effective campaigns •Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of the professional spa and wellness market in Thailand.
