Job Descriptions

• Manage the overall production planning process to achieve the organization’s goals. • Develop short-term and long-term production plans to align with the organization's objectives. • Monitor and review the operations of the production process to ensure compliance with standards. • Analyze issues in the production process and find solutions to resolve them, as well as prevent potential risks in the future. • Track production performance indicators (KPIs) and risk assessment plans to evaluate operational results. • Manage and develop the capabilities of the production planning team.

Qualifications

Gender: Male
Age: 38-45 years
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years in production planning and control, raw material quantity calculation, and production tracking.
Knowledge in: Line Balancing, Problem Solving, Capacity Calculation, Coordination, Takt Time, Cycle Time, Safety Stock, Usage Statistics, Forecasting.
Computer Skills: SAP, Microsoft Office
English proficiency: Good in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
