Job Descriptions
1. Assist in identifying and sourcing the right vendors for goods and services at the best possible price, aligned with the mall's operational and business needs
2. Negotiate purchase orders and ensure they are complete and accurate before submission to the Finance department
3. Coordinate vendor bids and select winning bidders based on merit and alignment with the mall's goals
4. Prepare scenario-analysis on different vendors to make the best possible decision
5. Manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, ensuring adequate availability for smooth mall operations
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster long-term partnerships
7. Act as a budget controller to monitor spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets
8. Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and service expectations
9. Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to compliance regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Supply Chain/Engineering or related background
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement within the retail, real estate, or mall industry, with a focus on sourcing goods and services to maintain and enhance building quality.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate prices, quality, lead times, and supplier performance, enabling well-informed purchasing decisions that meet the operational needs of a retail property.
- Familiarity with product development, supplier resources, and sourcing practices specific to facilities and property maintenance.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written)
