Job Descriptions

1. Ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals 2. Coordinate with central planning and logistics to optimize resource allocation and shipments. 3. Monitoring and maintaining the desired lead time to ensure full capacity utilization 4. Capacity planning and allocation based on machine capacity and production capabilities to ensure efficiency 5. Prepare and submit monthly reports to management. 6. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 7. Inventory Management : control inventory levels for finished goods (FG) and raw materials to ensure production continuity **** Benefits 1. Provident Fund 2. Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Production Control or Master Scheduling experience.
Background in chemical industry is preferable
Strong in production planning, analytical skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills
MRP/ERP literacy and competency with MS Excel
Experience in manufacturing environment
