Job Descriptions

A representative office based on multi-national companies seeks an finance & accounting manager/ supervisor who is qualified as below tasks: - Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency - Control basic functions (AR, AP, Treasury, ...) and solve the ad-hoc issue from team member - Process vendor payments and check requests - Process employee reimbursements including managing credit card charges and reconcile credit card accounts - Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including tax planning, reporting, and filing. - Monthly, quarterly, and annual review of Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, PIT…). - Assist in preparing year-end books for audit - Frequently update and study the new launching systems and groupware

Qualifications

Communication in English preferred
Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
A minimum of 5 years experience in finance & accounting
Ability to work collaboratively internally
