Location
• Complete export shipment documents for export process in line with regulations and procedure.
• Provide and instruct internal and external parties regarding the customs clearance process both
import and export shipments.
• Monitor and guide forwarder through the import and export shipments process until shipment release
to the end user.
• Expedite any matter related to the import and export clearance processes.
• Support drop or triangular shipments in compliance with customer or LC requirements by working
closely with internal stakeholders and coordinating with Bank.
• Validate import document and provide guidance including with green light to concern parties.
• Follow up import shipment based on supply schedule.
• Validate all expenses related to the import and export transactions and distribute billing for the
payment process
• Participate in meeting with supply planner, customer service and KA to prioritize and update product
supply schedule.
• Submit, renewal, reconcile and record Import – Export permit submission to ensure regulation
compliance.
• Support physical count and audit requirement.
• Assist with supervisor assignments related to supply chain activities
• Process freight inquiry and tender for budget planning.
